Volgograd Arena was built on demolished site of Central Stadium in Volgograd. The stadium is equipped with state of art technologies such as metal detectors, indicator of hazardous liquids and explosives.
After the tournamet will be over the arena will host the FC Rotor Volgograd.

How to Reach the Stadium
The arena is located on the banks of the river Volga at a distance of about 4 kms from the city’s main railway station and Square of Fallen Fighters which is the main square of the city. One can drive up to the stadium by entering from V.I. Lenina Avenue which is city’s main streets and part of the 1st Longitudinal highway. If you want to use public transport then you can get to the arena by bus, trolleybus, high-speed tram or suburban train. The nearest public transport stop is around 200 meters from the stadium alternatively one can cant bus no. 95 or trolleybus no.9 and 12.
