How to collect 2018 World Cup Tickets directly?

If you have booked your 2018 FIFA world cup tickets and got a confirmation email regarding your booking then you must be thinking how you will get the physical ticket. First of all, we would like to inform you that all the tickets allocated prior to 3rd April 2018 will be delivered by courier to the applicant’s address.

Tickets will be delivered by the Delivery Company (DHL) to the individual that purchased such Tickets (“Ticket Holder”) without a request by the Ticket Holder or a confirmation by FIFA or the FIFA World Cup Ticketing Centre (“FWCTC”) being necessary. A Ticket Holder may not (i) reject the delivery of Tickets; (ii) request collection of Tickets; and/or (iii) request delivery of Tickets to a guest.

For tickets purchased after 3rd April 2018, applicants need to collect the same from FIFA Venue Ticket Centres which are functional in all host cities.

In the event Tickets will not be delivered, all Tickets allocated by FIFA to a Ticket Holder will be made available for collection in Russia at the ticketing centres as well as additional ticket collection locations operated by FIFA in all venues of the Competition prior and during the Competition (“FIFA Venue Ticketing Centres”,“FVTCs”) at such time and place as described at www.fifa.com/tickets and in accordance with the Ticket Sales Regulations for the 2018 FIFA World Cup Russia (“Sales Regulations”). The Ticket Holder will be contacted by the FWCTC to notify them that their Tickets are available for collection.

Is it possible to collect the ticket on match day in the stadium?

This is not possible because FIFA has clearly stated that due to security reasons ticket collection on match days will not be possible at the stadium.

Is it possible to collect tickets on match day at FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre?

Yes, one can collect his/her tickets from the Venue Ticketing Centre on match days, however, one needs to keep in mind the cut off times for entry in the stadium.

What to do if you are landing in Russia on match day?

There will be 7 Airport Ticket Collection Location from where one can collect the ticket. International fans can use this option as it will suit them much better. Below are the list and address of all 7 Airpot Ticket Collection Location

    Will it take a long time to collect tickets from airport on semi final match day in Moscow?
    Is it possible to collect FAN ID from airport too or is it necessary to obtain from distribution centre in Moscow?
